Amberjack (Seriola dunnerilii)
Local Common Names: Kingfish

A fast swimming fish found in coastal and ocean waters, especially in the vicinity of reefs.
Taken by trolling at the surface or by bait off the bottom. A large fish to 36kg , can be confused with Yellowtail Kingfish(16Kb) (a close relative).
Small fish are good eating if bled immediately after capture; larger fish are coarse and tasteless.
